By installing or using Simple Inventory Planner ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Simple Inventory Planner Google Sheets add-on. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

Simple Inventory Planner is a Google Sheets add-on that provides inventory replenishment planning, safety stock calculations, and automated email alerts. The service is provided free of charge.

3. Permitted Use

• You may use the Add-on for personal or commercial inventory planning purposes.
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and Google Workspace Marketplace policies.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Add-on.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of inventory data you enter into your spreadsheet.
• Decisions made based on replenishment recommendations from the Add-on.
• Managing your email alert preferences and scheduled triggers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate for all use cases. Replenishment recommendations are estimates and should be reviewed before acting on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-on, including but not limited to stock shortages, overstock, or lost revenue.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Add-on at any time. We may update these Terms periodically — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
